Which Partnership Formats Are Available?
Choose standard or exclusive distribution, a station/franchise programme, or catering with no entry fee for vetted venues. Exclusivity may cover a venue chain, city, tourist resort, region or country. Terms depend on individual agreement and local regulations.
What Does the Mini Station Include?
Mini holds 4 devices with water chambers or 8 without. It supports preparation, serving and cleaning, with charging, capsule storage, session counting, a display and an external sterilizer.
How Does It Work Without Charcoal?
Controlled electronic heating bakes the tobacco without charcoal or combustion. The smoke is cool.
What Is Inside the Capsules?
Capsules use tobacco leaf, tea or herbs, with no coffee. Ask us about current blend availability for your market.
What Is the Lead Time?
Devices and stations are available for preorder, with manufacturing taking approximately 4 months. We confirm delivery timing for each order.
What Is the Minimum Order?
Device orders start at 30 units. Station and franchise packages are agreed individually for your venue.
How Much Does It Cost?
Prices are available on request. Share your market, preferred format and requirements so we can discuss the commercial terms.
Which Certifications Are Available?
CB Safety, CB EMC, ECAS, RoHS and TDRA documents are available on request for the covered models and components. Market applicability is confirmed separately; these are not worldwide sales permits.

Meet us in Dubai in November 2026 — Gulf Host (3–5 Nov, Hall 6, Z6-F19) and World Tobacco Dubai (10–11 Nov, Hall 2, 2264). Our exhibition attendance is planned; please confirm a meeting with us.
Do You Provide Training and Support?
Staff training and certification for launch are included, followed by ongoing guidance. RAMSIDER arranges servicing and repairs.
Who Owns the Station?
The station remains RAMSIDER property under the station/franchise programme. Stations are neither sold nor rented.
